Q: Can I get Esthetic CEs?
A: The Advanced Education Conference does offer CE's for the Advanced Education classes, CIDESCO sessions and the IMPACT Melanoma Skinny on Skin Sessions held over March 17-18, 2019.
Q: Where/When is the event?
A: Face & Body Southeast will be held in Atlanta, GA at TheGeorgia World Congress Center March 17-18, 2019. The Advanced Education Conference, CIDESCO, Skinny on Skin session are held over the exhibition days.
Q: Can I bring a suitcase or wheeled cart into the exhibition to carry around my purchases?
A: No wheeled carts or suitcases are permitted on the exhibition floor. There will be a complimentary bag check area to use so that you do not need to carry around all of your purchases during the event.
Q: What are the show/conference hours?

Q: Can I bring my dog or well-trained pet to the event?
A: The only animals allowed at the event are service animals as defined by the ADA. If you have any questions regarding qualifications, please email email@example.com.
Q: I have a disability that requires accommodation for the Face & Body Spa Expo and Conference or any related activities, who can I contact for scooter or wheelchair rental?
A: Scoot Around is our official provider for wheelchair or scooter rentals. For more information on their rental services, Click Here. If you have any questions regarding other accommodations you may need during the show, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Will there be food & beverages at the show?
A: Concessions will be available for purchase in the exhibit hall on Sunday and Monday, MArch 17-18 during exhibit hall hours.
Q: How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors at the event?

Q: How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?
A: Just sign up for the mailing list!
Q: Where can I download the mobile app?
A: The mobile app information will be posted on our website closer to the show.
Q: Is there wifi? How do I access the internet?
A: The Georgia World Congress has complimentary wifi.
Q: I want to register over the phone – can I?
A: Yes, please call our registration call center at 630.344.6071. Call center hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm EST.
Q: Can I bring an assistant/guest/partner/friend/child that isn’t a licensed esthetician or wellness professional?
A: Yes, your assistant/guest/partner/friend can register to attend. We understand that our attendees usually like to bring someone that can help them throughout the day. The person assisting does need to register and pay as an attendee. Children also MUST have a registration (regardless of age) to be able to gain entrance to the event. All children under the age of 8 can receive a complimentary pass and will have to pick up their badge onsite at the registration help desk. Children above the age of 8 will need to purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a guardian.
Q: How much does it cost to attend the expo?
A: All pricing for all events can be found here. Be sure to reach out to your favorite exhibitor and ask them for their VIP code for a discount!
Q: What if I do not pre-register for the expo?
A: You can register onsite at The Georgia World Congress Center. The prices will be higher on-site and we encourge you register in advance.
Q: If I attended the show last year do I need to register again for this year’s show?
A: Yes, registration must be completed every year to gain access to the event.
Q: How long does it take to receive my registration confirmation?
A: You should receive your registration confirmation within an hour. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email email@example.com
Q: What is my exhibitor username and password for online registration?
A: Your password was emailed to your company point of contact for the show. To receive your password, please email Andrea at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1-630-344-6038.
Q: How far in advance do I have to register to guarantee that I receive my badge in advance?
A: Badges will not be mailed this year. You will be able to pick them up at the registration counters in The Georgia World Congress Center at the Main Registration Area.
Q: How do I get a correction on my badge?
A: Please see anyone at the registration desks on-site and they can assist you.
Q: Is there a charge for a replacement badge?
A: Yes, you will need an goverment issued photo ID to have another badge repinted.
Q: I can’t go anymore – can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final and we are not able to offer any refunds.
